The development would include an extension of Sanders street. This is relevant to TSA residents because it might provide an access point to the 46 Degrees North subdivision, which is required to have two streets entering and leaving the subdivision. Current plans call for 46 Degrees North to tap into TSA&#8217;s Beaverhead Road.
