TSA Restrictive Covenants
This is an old compilation of all the covenants for each of the districts within Treasure State Acres: This map shows what zone you live in: To get the official covenants for your district, you can go to the county clerk and recorder’s office.
TSA Flood Mitigation Zone Map
Treasure State Acres sits just outside — to the south — of the county’s proposed flood mitigation zone. Those residents living within the proposed zone would be required to pay $100 a month to pay for the RID program.
