Infrastructure Economic Analysis Report

A new report done for Lewis and Clark County called the  “Infrastructure Economic Analysis” uses the 46 Degrees North subdivision, proposed for the area just south of TSA, as a case study to examine the issue of whether it is cheaper to build infrastructure for residential housing in the county, outside city limits, than it is inside city limits. It essentially determines that it is cheaper for developers to build outside city limits.
